We had 2 sunny days here, recommend the place. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was quiet and immaculate. The room we booked was kept clean and available with a great view, microwave and the heating.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to various amenities such as bars, restaurants, and gift shops, allowing easy exploration of the town. The staff members, particularly Bella at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond regular schedules to assist guests. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a great mattress and adequate bathroom facilities. The on-site restaurant and coffee shop provide excellent dining options, with delicious food and prompt service.
Some guests noticed that the walls in the hotel are somewhat thin, which may lead to occasional noise disturbances.

And if you're worried about being surrounded by cruise ships, don't be - this hotel is far enough away to give you a true Juneau "feel". Plus, if you're arriving late, you can even share a taxi with fellow travelers to get to this hotel hassle-free.
The reception staff needs to step up their game in terms of customer service.
